How to Apply zone sports foam   PROTECTION PAD

zone sports foam is easy to apply and provides immediate benefits to sensitive and friction prone areas all year round.

Instruction for use:                  

  • Like any tape or blister application, the area must firstly be clean of any dirt or oil.
  • Take one piece of tape & attach it to the zone sports foam PROTECTION PAD

                                              Prepare pad by attaching piece of tape

Position zone sports foam PROTECTION PAD where you need protection. To prevent tape cuts from ankle taping;  

A- place one foam protection pad on the top of foot (dorsal aspect or lace pad) and B- on the back of your heel/achilles(heel pad);

  • Keep in place with sports tape. Apply more sports tape for prevention of ankle injuries.

    ⇒You are now protected and ready to tape your ankles safely

  • Repeat the same process to protect smaller  friction prone areas such as feet, heels, toes, insteps or sensitive areas such as the wrist or inner bicep. (See below)

  • Simply tear one foam pad in half or quarters and apply rigid or stretch sports tape securely to
