How to Apply
zone
sports
foam
PROTECTION PAD
zone
sports
foam is easy to
apply and provides immediate benefits to sensitive and friction
prone areas all year round.
Instruction for
use:
- Like any
tape or blister application, the area must firstly
be clean of any dirt or oil.
- Take one
piece of tape & attach it to the zone
sports
foam PROTECTION
PAD

Position zone sports foam PROTECTION PAD where you
need protection. To prevent tape cuts from ankle taping;
A-
place one foam protection pad on the top of foot (dorsal aspect or
lace pad) and B- on the back of your heel/achilles(heel
pad);
 
(Or easily do
it yourself)

Front ↓ B-
Heel/Achilles ↓

- Keep in
place with sports tape. Apply more sports tape for prevention of
ankle injuries.
⇒You are now protected and
ready to tape your ankles safely

- Repeat the
same process to protect smaller friction prone areas such as
feet, heels, toes, insteps or sensitive areas such as the wrist or
inner bicep. (See below)
 
- Simply tear
one foam pad in half or quarters and apply rigid or
stretch sports tape securely
to

Balls of your feet

⇒ the
back of your heel, instep and toes

⇒Protect
Behind the knee

⇒Protect your
kicking foot with extra padding
⇒Protect your
wrist
 
⇒Protect the
sensitive part of the bicep when strapping the
shoulder.

CAUTION:
zonesports
foam is not
intended as a sterile dressing. It should be used for protective
and preventative sports medicine. For Open
wounds and blisters first apply the appropriate wound
dressing.
